Providing software solutions
for over 25 years.
Not only does the sales link with Prospect Centre enable service providers to easily identify likely sales needs for existing clients but because there is also immediate access, from anywhere and at any time, to data concerning prospective customers, service providers’ sales teams can now view and utilise the real-time, common data available.
Service Centre’s Prospect Centre module is a fully integrated sales enquiry and action follow-up databank that also incorporates information such as sales source, sales value with hit rate, product required, SIC code, expected close date, salesman and next action date.
The module has an on-demand ‘salesman-to-do’ list feature that displays a chosen salesman’s records in next-action date order, ascending or descending, defaulting actions up to the present date with the option to change, if required.
As each action is completed, the user can add date/time stamped action notes with duration and subject then select a next action date and, as more actions are added, the user is presented with a view of all the actions - ie, a history of the sales enquiry.
A sales quotation can be raised at any time against any lead, plus there are options to print standard or customised reports. All the relevant information can subsequently be easily and quickly converted into a sales order/service call, as appropriate.
Prospect Centre is one of a number of integrated modules within Service Centre which, with over 400 installations in 35 countries worldwide, is the world’s most popular service management system and is enabling service-centric companies of every size to better manage and control their field service operations.

Sales-orientated customer relationship management (CRM) routines are now possible via the Prospect Centre module of Tesseract’s browser-based Service Centre service management system. The functionality - made possible by a specially-developed remote access link to Prospect Centre - means Service Centre now offers service-centric companies of every size a complete and comprehensive view of both existing and potential customers.
