Call Control
This Module offers a powerful call handling facility. With features including Automatic Response Time Calculation, Contract Status Checking, Preventative Maintenance Due Alerts and Engineer Tracking it ensures an effective Call Management System in a Response Critical environment. Field Service Reporting provides Product Quality Information, Engineers Time Sheets and Time & Materials Invoicing Data. Statistical Reports include analysis of Engineer Performance, Product Quality (MTTR and MTBF) and Profitability Reports. In addition, this module offers the ability to track and control Customer Calls which are not handled by a Field Engineer.
