Invoicing Module

The Invoice Module provides the final link in producing Invoice information for Contract Maintenance charges and Billable Calls. The module handles invoice number generation, extended price, currency, VAT and discount calculations in storing Invoice data to Header and Lines tables. All data written for invoices is flagged with the invoice number and invoice date. Data in the Invoice tables is formatted to provide easy printing of invoice forms or reprints using the standard outputs provided. The data is also ideal for export or linking to account systems, sales ledger, or for providing invoice journal information including cost of sale and stock usage data.

 

The invoice module allows the user to produce user defined invoices or invoice data from seven different data sources.
