Parts Centre

This is a Multi-Location Inventory Control System which integrates with the rest of the Suite of Service Centre modules to provide comprehensive parts control for a service operation. Cost Price and up to six Sale Prices for each part number are maintained, together with Supplier Details, Alternative Part Numbers and Product Application. Repairable and Consumable parts are tracked, by location, with minimum and maximum stock levels. A Repair Order Processing program is provided for external parts repair and a Workshop Order facility provides tracking of internal parts repairs. Purchase Order, Sales Order Processing and internal Part Request Control are included. Full Statistical Reporting is provided, including Supplier Performance and Parts Usage History.
