Quote Centre

Another Wizard-Based Module providing the ability to raise Quotations using existing Contracts already stored in the database, existing Quotations awaiting action or by creating Quotations from new. The unique display of data helps to create the information to form a Quotation. Upon the acceptance of Quotations the Acceptance Wizard walks the user through the completion stages of the Contract, Invoice, Site and Product information. This data once accepted by the system is automatically populated into the Customer Assets module with a live Contract and associated Equipment Sites and Serialised Products.

 

The Quote Centre module is designed to permit collection of Prospect data and preparation of Quotes in a format which is simple for the Sales team to enter but sufficiently structured for it to be easily converted to a Contract when the Quote is accepted.
