Tesseract's Remote Engineer Access provides the tools to achieve full information flow directly between the Engineer and Service Centre whilst retaining central control. The Engineer can login using a wide range of devices available including Laptops, Windows CE Supported Terminals, Cognito Device, Nokia 9110/9210's or the Pocket PC Organiser. Once logged in he is allowed to view Allocated or Dispatched Calls, which can be completed or advanced in status using Service Reports and Parts Requests. Other features include searching for other Engineers by Site Location, Querying Stock and Part Prices, Editing Equipment Site Details and viewing Product History.
