Tesseract Online Tutorials
Tesseract run Online Tutorials for Service Centre.
Online Instructor led Tutorial Sessions are offered as a one hour (up to one hour) tutorial using a online meeting tool via an invitation from a Tesseract Instructor.
The instructor:
Instructor centred -- essentially, the information is presented and you are the observer.
The benefits:
The benefits of the Online Instructor led Tutorials are cost saving, time saving, environmentally friendly, ease of delivery of training to users and is dynamic with easy interaction between instructor and delegate.
The delegates:
The delegates (having provided an email address for the session) will communicate via telephone with the instructor in a conference style meeting whilst viewing the instructors screen and mouse movements.
Interaction and delegate participation is always welcome, however due to time constraints a question & answer session will be slotted into the last 10 minutes of the course. We currently have no planned schedule of events as we schedule a Online Instructor led Tutorial when convenient with you and the Tesseract instructor. Once a date, time and course is agreed upon we can send an invitation and the relevant agenda to each participant. The Courses are best suited to a wide range of users including Call Controllers, Contract Administrators, System Administrators and Warehouse/Stores Managers involved in using Tesseract on a regular basis. A maximum of 6 delegates is recommended.
