Tesseract Online Tutorials

Tesseract run Online Tutorials for Service Centre.

Online Instructor led Tutorials are offered as one-two hour tutorial sessions (maximum of two hours) using an online training tool via email invitation from a Tesseract Instructor.

The instructor:
Essentially the information is presented and you are the observer.

The benefits:
The benefits are cost saving, time efficient with no lengthy travel involved, environmentally friendly, easy delivery of training directly to users which is dynamic and interactive between instructor and delegates.

The delegates:
Having clicked the online link and joined the session you will be able to communicate online or via the telephone with the instructor in a conference style meeting whilst viewing the instructors screen and mouse movements.

Interaction and delegate participation is always welcome, however due to time constraints a question & answer session will be slotted into the last 10 minutes of the course. We currently have no planned schedule of events as we schedule all Online Instructor led Tutorials when convenient with you and the Tesseract instructor. Once a date, time and course are agreed upon we send an online training invitation with links to the relevant training agenda to each participant.

The tutorials are suited to a wide range of users including Call Controllers, Contract Administrators, System Administrators and Warehouse/Stores Managers involved in using Service Centre on a regular basis.

A maximum of 6 delegates is recommended.
