Tesseract Onsite Training Courses
Courses are held at the Customer site and are based on the Standard Tesseract Module Courses. Ideally this will be in a dedicated training environment so the users can each benefit from a hands-on approach with lots of practical sessions and structured exercises.
Courses delivered at the Customer site will be restricted to a maximum of 6 delegates and preferably in a dedicated training environment where each delegate would have a networked PC. (It is recommended that each PC is attached to a networked environment fully installed with Service Centre and a working training database). We would kindly ask if a dedicated PC or Laptop could be provided for the trainers use and if possible attached to a projector. If this is not possible the trainer may be able to bring a laptop.
To gain full benefit from the course, delegates will require individual (or in pairs) access to a working Service Centre system and Training database. If this cannot be guaranteed, arrangements should be made to use Tesseract's training facilities.
These Courses are best suited to a wide range of users including Call Controllers, Contract Administrators, System Administrators and Warehouse/Stores Managers involved in using Tesseract on a regular basis.
