Training options to suit you. Tesseract offers a full suite of Service Management Training Courses. This includes levels of training to meet the needs of both the Users and System Administrators.

Prospect Centre

The purpose of this half day training course is to enable a user of Service Centre to cover the methods used to create prospective customers.

This course is intended for sales staff new to Service Centre five.

This half day does not include Customer Assets, Call Control, Parts Centre, Workshop, Period Close, Quote Centre, System Utilities, Remote Engineering Access and Call Escalation.

The pre-requisite is to have basic knowledge of Windows and to have attended course one, Getting Started.
