Remote Engineer Access
The purpose of this half day training course is to enable a Field Engineer of Service Centre to access a Central Database to dispatch their own Calls, run Field Service Reports and Service Reports Lines and transfer Calls back to the Central Database.
This course does not include Customer Assets, Call Handling, Parts Centre, Workshop, Period Close, Quote Centre, Utilities, Invoicing or Call Escalation.
The pre-requisite is to have attended course three, Call Handling.
