Tesseract Open Training Courses
Courses are held at the Tesseract Training Centre in High Wycombe and are based on the Standard Tesseract Module Courses. Open Courses are generally with other Customers attending, although ‘closed’ courses, for one specific customer, may be arranged if preferred. The classroom layout allows the users an easy hands-on approach with lots of practical sessions and structured exercises. The main reason for scheduling open courses is to meet the demand for refresher, upgrade or introductory training required for new or existing staff, without the need for purchasing full on-site Training days.

Course Delivery.
Courses delivered at the Tesseract Training Centre will be restricted to a maximum of 4 delegates, minimum 2, and are as a rule scheduled (although currently many courses are scheduled at the convenience of Tesseract and the customer).
These Courses are best suited to a wide range of users including Call Controllers, Contract Administrators, System Administrators and Warehouse/Stores Managers involved in using Tesseract on a regular basis.
