The Getting Started day is a simple, basic step-by-step presentation providing an introduction and overview of all aspects of the functionality contained in Service Centre Customer Assets and Call Handling.
It covers an outline of the Static and Asset Codes used within Service Centre and how to apply them effectively. After attending this presentation the delegates will have a better understanding of the data structure, Call Handling and other Service Centre operations. To gain a 'hands-on' and in-depth understanding of Service Centre the user who enters Codes, Customer Contract details and Calls must, at the minimum, attend Customer Asset and Call Handling training courses.
This overview is intended for the management and supervisory staff responsible for setting up and maintaining your Service Centre system. A basic knowledge of the Windows is a pre-requisite.
This presentation does not include Workshop, Quote Centre, Remote Engineer Access, Period Close or Utilities.
