The purpose of this one day practical, hands-on course is to cover the methods used to create and update data and perform Parts Centre operations. After attending this tutorial, a user/administrator of the Parts Centre will be able to enter purchase order, sales orders and perform other Parts Centre operations.
To obtain a better understanding of the Service Centre functionality the user must, at the minimum attend course one, Getting Started - Introduction & Overview.
This course includes Sales Order Invoicing but does not include Customer Assets, Call Handling, Workshop, Period Close, Quote Centre, Utilities, Remote Engineering Access or Call Escalation.
This tutorial is intended for logistics staff new to the Tesseract Parts Centre.
