Quote Centre
The purpose of this half day training course is to enable a user/administrator of Service Centre to capture enough data, in a flexible format, to provide a basic Contract Quotation but in a structured way which makes conversion to a live Contract simple.
A new Quote can be built from scratch, copied from a previous Contract or built from a combination of these. For ease of use, 'Wizards' guide all stages of Quote preparation including conversion to Contract. Quote Centre also includes facilities to assist in managing the Quote from initial creation, through the stages of being revised and offered, to acceptance (or rejection) with user definable status codes for analysis and action notes at each stage.
This course does not include Customer Assets, Call Handling, Parts Centre, Workshop, Period Close, Remote Engineering Access, Utilities or Call Escalation.
The pre-requisite is to have attended course one, Getting Started and course two Customer Assets.
