The purpose of this half-day practical, hands-on course is to cover the methods used to enable the user/administrator to install, set-up and maintain the Service Centre system. A full day's training may be necessary if the customer requires SQL Enterprise Manager training.
This day does not include Call Handling, Customer Assets, Parts Centre, Workshop, Quote Centre, Invoicing Module, Remote Engineering Access or Call Escalation.
This tutorial is intended for the system manager and the pre-requisite is previous knowledge of IT practices and databases.
