Call Control
To obtain a better understanding of the Service Centre functionality the user must, at the minimum attend course one, (Getting Started) and course two (Customer Asset).
This day includes Service Calls Invoicing but does not include Customer Assets, Parts Centre, Repair Centre, Period Close, Quote Centre, Remote Engineering Access or Utilities.
This course intended for Call Handling/Control staff new to Service Centre 4.2. A basic knowledge of the Windows is a pre-requisite.
