Tesseract Open Training Courses

Tesseract run Open Training Courses for Service Centre throughout the year.

We have now scheduled courses for the next six months to run on consecutive Mondays, taking into account any Bank Holidays that occur, as listed below. These courses are held at the Tesseract Offices in High Wycombe and are based on the Standard Tesseract Module Courses.

The main reason for scheduling these courses is to meet the demand for refresher or introductory training required for new or existing staff, without the need for purchasing full on-site Training days.

The cost per person for a place on a Service Centre 4.2 Open Course is £200 plus VAT (Includes refreshments and lunch). Courses start at 10am and finish by 4pm.
A maximum of 4 delegate places will be available for each course.

The Courses are best suited to a wide range of users including Call Controllers, Contract Administrators, System Administrators and Warehouse/Stores Managers involved in using Tesseract on a regular basis.
