Crystal Reports
This one day entry-level course is designed to explain database structures, indexes and field types.
A step-by-step guide takes the user through the Crystal Reports module with explanations of all the icons and facilities available. It includes a hand-held lesson into creating, structuring and customising one and two table reports taken from a database and how to incorporate your Reports into Service Centre. Additionally, the delegates will be shown how to add simple formulas to enhance reports, define record selections and learn how to customise the Standard Tesseract Reports supplied with Service Centre to suit their company practise.
This is an essential course for clerical, managerial or professional users looking to incorporate a report writing utility for routine data summaries.
The pre-requisite is to have basic knowledge of Windows environment and for the delegates to have attended at least course one, Getting Started.
