Invoicing Module
The purpose of this half day training course is to enable a user/administrator of Service Centre to run and print invoices.
In addition to this half day course users who attend Customer Assets, Call Handling and Repair Centre training will cover the relevant invoicing. To obtain a better understanding of the Service Centre functionality it is advisable that the user attends courses, Getting Started and Customer Assets.
This course does not include Customer Assets, Call Handling, Parts Centre, Repair Centre, Period Close, Quote Centre, Utilities, Remote Engineering Access or Call Escalation.
The pre-requisite is to have attended course one, Getting Started and course two Customer Assets.
